LSR
Some people are not looking for a lawyer to represent them throughout the stages of their cases. These people are looking for lawyers to represent them with some parts of their cases. These people are said to be looking for a Limited Scope Representation (LSR). It saves people money, unlike full representation. However, as indicated by the name, you will get what you asked for, and the quality of the work will be the same.
As a matter of fact, the Michigan Supreme Court has adopted the LSR rules, stating, inter alia, “LSR allows attorneys to provide discrete legal services to clients as a more affordable option to traditional full-service representation.”
I am very happy to offer you the necessary LSR that you need, without the hassle of paying thousands of dollars in legal fees for full representation. If you can't afford my full representation, let us talk about LSR.
In Michigan, what are the types of LSR work I can assist you with (the list is not EXHAUSTIVE)?
1. Write letters or legal documents
2. Draft and Review legal documents
3. Perform legal due diligence
4. Represent you
5. Review a real estate transaction
6. Advice and mapping out legal strategy
7. Preparing pleadings
