Citizenship & Naturalization
Naturalization is a process in which non-U.S. citizens, who were born out of the U.S., become American citizens. Prior to becoming a U.S. citizen, you must have had a Green Card for at least five (5) years, or for at least three (3) years if you’re filing as a spouse of a U.S. citizen. Every client is unique, so I provide a customized approach to your petition. The process of filing can be complicated, particularly for noncitizens who might have had life-changing events after obtaining their Green Cards.
