Clients' I-765 Applications Have Been Approved!
While our clients are waiting for their Green Cards (vis-a-vis I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) to get approved, yesterday, the USCIS delivered these mails to the firm's office, confirming that our clients' I-765 applications have been approved. Both applications started with the filing of EB-2(NIW) petitions. The firm represented the clients, too.
Congratulations to our clients!
The Law Office of Akintunde F Adeyemo, PLLC is now accepting new clients in the areas of EB-2 (NIW) and EB-1A.
Also, if your I-765, or I-485, application has been pending beyond the normal processing time, you can schedule an appointment with our attorney. With the latest priority date, based on the April Visa Bulletin, you should be proactive with your I-485/I-765 applications.
