Our Consular Practice is specifically focused on serving foreign clients, i.e., clients outside the U.S., who are interested in seeking non-immigrant visas (B-1/B-2; F-1/F-2; J-1/J-2; R-1/R-2; and others) from the U.S. Embassies and Consulates.
Our Consular Practice is your one-stop shop for all your requests concerning non-immigrant visas. This end-to-end premium service runs from starting an initial application through an issuance of a visa.
Our Consular Practice offers the following advisory services (each service is estimated to last for an hour):
1. Recommending the best non-immigrant visa, based on your unique profile.
2. Reviewing your initial application (DS-160), to ensure compliance.
3. Providing sound legal advice/strategy on how to mitigate the inherent risks involved in seeking non-immigrant visas.
4. Providing a second look at prior visa rejections, with recommendations on how to achieve your principal objective.
5. One-hour of mocked interview/coaching prior to your next interview.
The minimum rate is $100/per service. This rate is ONLY APPLICABLE to those seeking any of the above-listed services.
